Course 1

 

Mejillones – sautéed mussels; tomatoes, white wine, onions, garlic, basil  

Tomates Verdes Fritos – fried green tomatoes, charred tomato corn salsa, feta cheese       

Ensalada Picada – chopped salad; red onions, Basque peppers, chick peas, tomatoes,
hard cooked eggs, olives, shaved Manchego cheese, piquillo pepper vinaigrette    

Sopa De Frijoles Negros
– black bean soup; cilantro sour cream       

 

Course 2

 

Bistec a la Parilla – grilled beef flat iron steak; creamy blue cheese polenta, herb crab compound butter    

Pollo – sautéed blackened chicken breast; sauté of lentils, onions and piquillo peppers, aioli verde      

Tres Cerdos pan roasted pork loin topped with bacon, house made chorizo and Manchego cheese;
sweet potato hash, mojo verde            

Hongo Portobello – roasted Portobello mushrooms stuffed with samfaina; goat cheese, Romesco sauce    

Bacalao
– pan roasted cod with a white wine, Basque pepper, onion, garlic and tomato pan sauce; 

extra virgin olive oil potato salad         

 

 

Course 3

 

Miguelito – chocolate filled pastry; blood orange coulis, powdered sugar

Barra de Limón – raspberry lemon bar; fresh mint

Tres Leches – three milks cake; espresso milk crumbs
