Artist’s Reception

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently reside in Columbus.
I have a Bachelors of the Arts in Fine Art from Ohio University and have explored many mediums over my career but always seem to come back to painting.

Many of my acrylic paintings are homage to the beautiful scenery in our natural world, some of my favorite places traveled, as well as right here in Columbus. I love to capture the color spectrums created during sunrise and sunset in our landscapes, savoring those moments in the golden hour. Often these works reflect the wonder of our natural world and humanities juxtaposition to it through industrialization.

Mixing other mediums into my work is indicative of my journey with art and how experimenting can lead to beautiful outcomes.
