Paying homage to our past is part of the celebration of Barcelona.

Do you remember the soba noodle salad? Or the apple butternut crisp?

We are hosting a 5 course dinner centered around some of the most popular items on previous Barcelona menus. Chef Ruben has gone through past menus, the previously published Barcelona cookbook and has had conversations with guests. He has come up with a menu that is sure to stir wonderful memories of the years gone by at Barcelona. We wish we could include all the menu items we came up with, but we can only eat so much at one seating. Maybe some of the other items will show up as specials? Scott did pick the final menu items and thinks that you will be sure to enjoy.
