Barcelona Restaurant and Chris Venci of WineTrends Inc.

Dan Rapata, Brand Manager of WineTrends Inc.,

part of the Heidelberg Distributing Family of Companies,

will lead this tasting of South African wines from Mulderbosch.

This tasting will include four wines: one sparkling, one rosé and two whites,

with an optional fifth red wine.

The nose is full of brooding earthy aromas, brambles, cocoa and forest floor. This wine has finely textured tannins and savory flavors such ascured ham and dried porcini that mark the palate.

The 2017 Faithful Hound is a wine of nuance rather than outright power.
