Italo Jofre, importer of fine wines from South America.

Italo brings a rare combination of winemaking, winegrowing, and wine marketing knowledge to his role as Wine Ambassador for Fetzer Vineyards, which markets a multi-origin portfolio including California-based brands such as Fetzer and Bonterra Organic Vineyards in addition to the Chilean wines of Viña Concha y Toro and its Argentine property, Trivento.

This tasting will include four wines:

one white, one rosé and two reds, with a fifth wine option.

Casillero del Diablo Rosé, Chile

UnRated Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile

Marques de Casa Concha Carmenere, Peumo, Chile

This delectable wine shows intense red and garnet tones. The aroma is full of ripe red fruit with hints of black pepper in perfect balance with the oak. There are structured and firm tannins leading to a jovial and long finish.
