and their incredible talented kitchen have created a delectable prix fixe menu just for you.

Of course, our regular dinner menu will be offered as well.

Course 1

 

GUISO DE CHORIZO – chorizo stew; chorizo,

bacon, onion, tomato, beans, cilantro

MIXTA – mixed greens; red onion, tomato, olives, Manchego cheese, blood orange vinaigrette

BERENJENA FRITA – fried eggplant; eggplant,

poblano pepper, vinaigrette, tomato jam

 

 

Course 2

 

MUSLO DE POLLO CONFITADO – confit chicken thigh; Spanish rice, stewed mushrooms and tomatoes

BACALAO A LA PLANCHA – pan seared cod;

salsa macha couscous, lemon beurre blanc, broccolini

CHILI RELLENO – stuffed poblano pepper;

vegetable protein, picadillo, Manchego cheese,

tomato vinaigrette

 

 

Course 3

 

TARTA DE CHOCOLATE – chocolate torte;

vanilla ice cream, chocolate drizzle,

crushed Marcona almonds

PANNA COTTA – chamomile panna cotta; honey, mint

SORBETE – sorbet, strawberry pico de gallo, mint
