GUISO DE CHORIZO – chorizo stew; chorizo,
bacon, onion, tomato, beans, cilantro
MIXTA – mixed greens; red onion, tomato, olives, Manchego cheese, blood orange vinaigrette
BERENJENA FRITA – fried eggplant; eggplant,
poblano pepper, vinaigrette, tomato jam

MUSLO DE POLLO CONFITADO – confit chicken thigh; Spanish rice, stewed mushrooms and tomatoes
BACALAO A LA PLANCHA – pan seared cod;
salsa macha couscous, lemon beurre blanc, broccolini
CHILI RELLENO – stuffed poblano pepper;
vegetable protein, picadillo, Manchego cheese,
tomato vinaigrette

TARTA DE CHOCOLATE – chocolate torte;
vanilla ice cream, chocolate drizzle,
crushed Marcona almonds
PANNA COTTA – chamomile panna cotta; honey, mint
